My motto is 'yoga for all’, I’m committed to helping everyone feel welcome and comfortable in my classes. 


With a love for a flowing, breath-led yoga style, over the years I’ve adapted the vinyasa flow style to be more inclusive and safe for everyone. When you practice with me, you’ll find a unique offer that will help you gradually go deeper with your practice as you learn more about your body and what it needs.

There will always be options to change and vary the practice so you can find a version of the practice and poses that best suit how you are feeling each time you step onto the mat.

As of October, 2019 I'm relocating from London to New Zealand. I'm also launching some online yoga, so you'll be able to practice with me where ever you are.
