My motto is 'yoga for all’, I’m committed to helping everyone feel welcome and comfortable in my classes. 

With a love for a flowing, breath-led yoga style, over the years I’ve adapted the vinyasa flow style to be more inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.

I also embrace the slower practices of restorative yoga, seeing considerable benefit in taking the time to rest more to contrast the fast pace of modern life.


When you practice with me, you’ll find a unique offer that will help you gradually go deeper with yoga as you learn more about your body, your whole self, and what you need.
