Resource Library

I value community highly, so I offer these resources as a way to connect and share some of the key things I’ve found really helpful in my own yoga journey. I hope you’ll find them useful too.

I've created these resources with the aim to help you grow your practice (both on the mat and in life). This manifests in empowering you to finding ways to better understand your yoga, your body and your mind.

You’ll be encouraged to adapt the physical yoga through exploring variations, so that whatever your history with yoga or your experience in other movement disciplines there will be options that you can work with in a comfortable way. â€‹
