Yoga for all

We don’t have to be especially flexible to enjoy a well rounded yoga practice, so please don’t feel put off if you can’t touch your toes, or can’t bend into a pretzel shape, that’s not what yoga is truly about, and there are no prizes for doing so!

 

We will together explore postures that suit our modern day lifestyles that so after class, your mind and body can feel freer and more at ease in the areas that need it most.

 

We explore many different shapes, not because of how they look, but because of how they feel.

Through careful planning and design, my varied class sequences will help you progress your practice as you physically awaken and renew body and mind.

You’ll be constantly challenged (in a good way!) with different class themes, and a fresh approach each time we practice together. 

 

Keep in mind there is no single posture that is going to improve the quality of your life. Similarly, the inability to do a single posture is not going to decrease it.

 

So, don’t take it all too seriously, and prioritise getting to the mat regularly over what you do when you’re there.  Whether it's in mine or another teacher's class just make yoga a priority.

 

Beginners are always welcomed!
